Some good family friends from Michigan we’re in the San Francisco area for a few days so we met up for lunch this past Thursday at the “Thirsty Bear” downtown. I grew up with this family so we had a lot to catch up on. We talked about life in California, up coming travel plans and weddings! Unfortunately we forgot to take a photo together before they left so I had to take a quick shot of the leftovers from our meal. Thanks John, Barb and Kathleen!

Speaking of food and good people, a good friend of mine had a recent birthday. Of course he had the in office birthday cake but since he has a weakness for burritos someone decided to surprise him with a XXXL. A bit obnoxious but either way he enjoyed all 3 lbs. yes we weighed it it was 3 pounds.

Don’t forget to exercise and pay your taxes too!
